section. New questions and answers can be added by the web
application admin.

The admin can share multiple downloadable files with the users
which can be accessed by all the users and save in their systems.

The reported events are assigned to the action owner departments
and all the users of same department can view the assigned reports
and also close as needed.

EMPOWER web application is
100% compatible with Desktops, MacOS, Android and iOS. User can
save the link on their mobile home screens for quick access to the
application.
Emergency Response Plans
Site Emergency Plan section is available for sharing the various
emergency response plans with the users and the required sequence
of response actions can be set according to your organization
requirements.
HSE Team Information
The Site HSE Team information can be shared with the wide audience
of the users. The information include name of team members,
contact details and the site HSE team achievements.

The admin of EMPOWER can
seek for immediate support from the developers by booking a
calendar meeting from the application.
Quick User Management
The admin of EMPOWER can approve new user, trash approved users
and untrash users as required. The process is made easy with the
user of filters for each department.
Sharing HSE Policy
Upload and share your site HSE policy with the users. The user can
read and download the policy as per need basis.
User Specific Charts
Individual user charts can be viewed from My Charts section
including the total reports and its status along with monthly
reporting statistics.
Focused Departmental Charts
Each user can view the performance of its department and the
different types of reports along with its current status. The
admin user can view performance of each department by selecting it
from the drop down section.
Advanced Reports Filters
Users and admin of the application can use advanced filters to
find the type of reports, severity of reports, aging reports and
also on monthly basis.
Event Records for Audits
Any change made in the system by users is logged in the system
which can be traced by the Admin during routine checks or during
the audits.
Download Reports
The admin user has the rights to download all the data related to
the reports into a CSV file which can be utilized for further
analysis and developing charts that are not available in the web
application.
